Specification of the measure

In the run-up to the Kirchentag, in a workshop with the department of the Kirchentag, which is responsible for all interests of the participants, special attention was paid to groups particularly affected by weather changes. In this workshop, the idea was born that there should be separate places for children to play and relax on a climate change-adapted major event.

Note

Program items for children have a long tradition at the Kirchentag. After examining the contents of the program, it turned out that both, children’s play and recreation areas, are well catered for at the Kirchentag. The inclusion of the idea should make aware that it may be useful for children to create a separate area to play and relax, which is as cool as possible and staffed.
