Concretisation of the measure
During the Kirchentag in Dortmund, tips on climate-adapted behaviour during the event were communicated via the Kirchentag’s social media channels. In particular, Instagram was used for this purpose. For example, it was announced that you can pick up a parasol at the info stands to bridge the time of waiting in a protected way or that it is useful to protect yourself from the heat with sunscreen and headgear.
Note
This measure can be adapted for all weather signals (storm, thunderstorms, heat, heavy rain).
Cost/benefit/effort
No additional costs, only good communication with the social media department necessary. Little effort and great effect in the area of sensitization for climate-adapted behavior.
